Witnessing Loan Document Signings is one of my specialties. I will take the documents to the signer,and following the appointment, drop them in a drop box or schedule a pick-up for expedient delivery back to you. With more than  12 years of customer service experience , you can be sure your client will experience a pleasant, stress-free signing.  

N.Y. State has a  standard fee of $ 2 per signature/page.   In addition to this a reasonable travelers fee is added.  Please call for a quote, as distance & other variables are taken into consideration when determining fees.

All signers must provide current, legal picture ID.  Preferably a State issued Driver or Non-Driver ID or U.S. Passport.  Please Note: Social Security Cards, Birth Certificates & Credit Cards are unacceptable forms of  primary  ID.
